• There is no login, no checkout and no contact form on this site — you order by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling.
• Your flower list and delivery area stay on your own device until you choose to send them.
• We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not take payments or run contact forms on this website. We collect:

(a) Information collected automatically when you browse:

• Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen size, language).
• Your IP address and an approximate, city-level location derived from it.
• Pages you view and links or buttons you click — including which flowers you open and searches you run — with the date and time of your visit.
• The website or ad that referred you, and advertising click identifiers (for example Meta’s fbclid).

(b) Information you choose to share off-site:

• When you tap a WhatsApp or Call button you contact us directly. Anything you then share in that chat or call — your name, phone number and order — is used to serve that order. WhatsApp conversations are also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website.

Two features keep information in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and it is never sent to our servers:

• Your morning list — the flowers, varieties, colours and bunch quantities you add, so your list survives if you close the tab. It is only transmitted when you tap “Send list on WhatsApp”, at which point it becomes the text of a WhatsApp message you send yourself.
• Your delivery area — the area or landmark you type, remembered so you do not retype it next time.

Precise location is optional and off by default. The order list has a “use my current location” control. If you tap it, your browser asks your permission and — only if you agree — gives us your coordinates, which are turned into a Google Maps link and placed in the WhatsApp message you are about to send. We do not store your coordinates on any server and we never track your location in the background. You can clear the pin before sending, or decline permission, and the rest of the site works exactly the same.

You can erase all of this at any time by clearing site data for freshstem.in in your browser settings.

We and our analytics and advertising providers use cookies and similar identifiers:

• Google Analytics (for example _ga) — to measure site usage.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) — to measure and improve our advertising.
• Our own visitor id (_fs_eid) — a random identifier we set in your browser and pass to Meta so the browser and server reports of the same action can be matched to one another rather than counted twice. It contains no name, number or email, and is not shared with anyone else.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To understand which flowers and content people are interested in — including demand for items we do not yet stock.
• To measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
• To respond to enquiries and fulfil orders you place over WhatsApp or by phone.

Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager, gives us aggregated insight into site usage. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use Meta’s Pixel (in your browser) and the Conversions API (from our server) to measure actions on the site — page views, opening a flower, searching, adding to a list and tapping WhatsApp or Call — and to improve our ads. The Conversions API may send Meta technical data such as your IP address, browser user-agent and Meta click identifiers, and — only if you provide them — contact details that are irreversibly hashed before sending. A shared event id lets Meta de-duplicate the browser and server reports. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and manage your ad preferences.

WhatsApp and calls. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone that communication happens on those platforms and networks and is subject to their terms and policies — see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers named above (Google and Meta), acting as our processors to provide analytics and advertising, and where required by law.

Google and Meta are global companies and may process data on servers outside India. By using the site you understand your information may be processed in other countries under appropriate safeguards.

Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the providers’ settings — our Google Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months. Order details you share over WhatsApp or phone are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Anything held in your browser’s local storage stays until you clear it.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal data, and to raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, email freshstemofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also:

• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Adjust your Meta ad preferences.
• Block or delete cookies, and clear site data, in your browser settings.
• Decline or revoke location permission in your browser or device settings.
• Use your device’s privacy or “limit ad tracking” controls.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top when we do, so please check back periodically.
