How do I order wholesale flowers from Fresh Stem?
Send your flower list on WhatsApp to +91 96112 70543. Typed, a voice note, or a photo of your notebook all work. We confirm availability and the day’s rate within minutes, then the order is packed and delivered to your shop before 8 AM. There is no app, no login and no account.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 bunches per order. You can mix flowers, fillers and greens freely — the 20-bunch minimum applies to the whole order, not to each variety.
What flowers does Fresh Stem supply?
We supply 21 varieties: 11 cut flowers, 2 fillers and 8 kinds of foliage and greens. That includes Roses (Dutch and Open), Lilies (Oriental), Gerberas, Chrysanthemums, Carnations, Sunflowers, Gladiolus, Daisy, Orchids, Anthurium and Tuberose, plus Gypsophila and Golden Rod as fillers, and greens such as Asparagus, Areca Palm, Dracaena and China Palm. Stock arrives from the farm each morning and changes with the season, so the live list is always at freshstem.in/flowers.
What colours are available?
Most flowers come in several colours. Currently: Roses (red, pink, white, yellow, orange); Lilies (pink, yellow); Gerberas (red, orange, yellow, pink, white); Daisy (purple); Chrysanthemums (white, purple); Carnations (red, pink, white); Sunflowers (yellow); Tuberose (white); Orchid (purple, blue, white); Anthurium (red, white, purple, burgundy); Gladiolus (coral, white). Fillers and greens are single-colour. Colours move with the season — the catalogue at freshstem.in/flowers always shows what is in today.
What time are flowers delivered in Bengaluru?
Fresh flowers arrive from the farm at 3 AM every day, are sorted by colour, wrapped and boxed that morning, and delivered to your shop, hotel or temple across Bengaluru before 8 AM — seven mornings a week.
How does pricing work?
Wholesale flower rates move every morning, so Fresh Stem does not publish fixed prices. Send your list on WhatsApp and we confirm the exact rate for each item before you commit to anything. Most orders are settled in under ten minutes.
Do you use cold storage?
No. Nothing sits in a chiller. What comes in from the farm at 3 AM is on your counter by 8 AM the same morning, so you are never sold yesterday’s stock.
Can I mix different flowers in one order?
Yes. The 20-bunch minimum is for the order as a whole, so you can mix any combination of flowers, fillers and greens — for example eight bunches of roses, seven of gerberas and five of asparagus.
Do you supply flowers for weddings and events?
Yes. We supply event and wedding decorators in the quantities the job needs — mandaps, stage work and backdrops. Send the list and the date on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability.
Do you supply florists, hotels and temples?
Yes — those are our main customers. Florists and flower shops take fresh stock every morning; hotels run standing daily orders of the same varieties delivered before the lobby opens; temples take chrysanthemums, tuberose and greens in temple quantities before the morning puja.
Which areas of Bengaluru do you deliver to?
We deliver across Bengaluru, seven mornings a week. Message us on WhatsApp with your area or landmark and we will confirm delivery for you before you order.
